ARTISAN SALT MAKERS

There are now three artisan salt makers in Ireland, three in Wales and five in Scotland (Scottish producer, Hebridean Sea Salt, closed in 2017).

There are now eight in England, one on Jersey and another on the Isle of Scilly.


The number of artisan salt producers continues to increase.
